Kupwara :- COVID update 3 positives from Tangdhar, all traced by our Surveillance teams and are linked to the Delhi hotspot. All are asymptomatic, under quarantine at Tangdhar and are being shifted to COVID Hospital Kupwara. Contact tracing underway. Request all to cooperate to break the chain. DC Kupwara said.
