:Kupwara Admin launches Cleanliness drive (Swachhta Pakhwada)

KUPWARA, AUGUST 04 : As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ , district administration, Kupwara launched
a fortnight Cleanliness drive (Swachhta Pakhwada), here today.
           On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din, all district and sectoral officers have initiated cleanliness drive in their respective offices and other subordinate units, schools, hospitals, Panchayat ghars, parks  and other public places.
             The Deputy Commissioner said that the cleanliness drive will continue for 15 days in the district. He said, the drive is part of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav .
            The  cleanliness drive (Swachhta Pakhwada)  was also held at Subdivision level  Handwara, Karnah and Sogam.
                 The ADC Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir and SDM Karnah and Sogam said that the cleanliness drive will continue for 15 days in their jurisdictions.
               The other district headquarter officers including Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Assistant Commissioner Development  Assistant Commissioner Commissioner Panchayats ,Chief Education Officer, CAO, CMO and others have started cleanliness drive in their respective jurisdictions.
