Anti-Muslim, right wing Journalist and Indian Express columnist, Tavleen Singh, called Award Winning Photojournalist, from Kashmir, Altaf Qadri, as threat to India “who wears islamism in their beard”.She attacked Qadri, after his tweet to her column in “India express”, titled as “India does have a jihadist movement that must be confronted as French President have done”.
Later sharing this article to her tweeter handle she wrote as, “India has a Jihadist threat that is organised and dangerous. It must be fought”.
After Altaf Qadri’s retweet where he wrote to Tavleen Singh that, “The real threat to India is its dangerous and blood thirsty individuals disguised as journalists”.
After Tavleen Singh’s Islamist comment to Altf Qadri, JKNC leader and former Chief Spokesperson, Ruhullah Mehdi later tweeted to Tavleen Singh “Wearing Hindutva is ok, wearing Islam is not”.
Not only did Altaf Qadri and Ruhullah Mehdi, checked Tavleen Singh, but also Journalist Aditya Menon tweeted against her.”The only difference between her and Chavhanke is that she speaks English”
