Former prime minister and veteran Congress leader Manmohan Singh has tested positive for coronavirus and has been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, .
On Sunday, Manmohan Singh had written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighting five suggestions for combating the second and more severe Covid-19 wave in India.
In a two-page letter to PM Modi, the veteran Congress leader said one must not look at absolute numbers, but the percentage of the population vaccinated.
