Monday,July 27:In yet another controversial tweet from BJP leader, Kapil Mishra shared an article on Twitter captioning it as Taj Mahal – A Hindu Temple. Mishra accused of delivering hate speeches and issuing inflammatory comments preceding Northeast Delhi violence in February this year, was trolled heavily for sharing a tweet claiming Taj Mahal to be a hindu temple.
“All scientific evidence prove that Taj Mahal is Tejo Mahalaya, ancient Hindu Vedic temple. For 300 years the world was fooled to believe that Taj Mahal was built by the Shahjahan,” Mishra wrote.
Solidifying Mishra”s claim about Taj Mahal being a hindu temple,his tweet included a link to an article on a dubitable website.
on the eve of the grand event of ‘Bhoomi Pujan’ of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh which will be attended by Prime Minister Modi on August 5, Mishra posted controversial tweet about Taj Mahal.
Sarcastically reply to Kapil Mishra’s tweet, Historian and author Devdutt Pattnaik clarified that “Vedic scriptures do NOT mention temples” and that “Arya Samaj founder Dayanand Saraswati was anti-temples and anti-idols which he saw as against Vedic way”.
Apart from historian , many people took to Twitter,posted hilarious comments and mocked Mishra’s claim about the monument. Later the controversial BJP leader ended up being trolled on Twitter.
