Karnah Oct 08; Police in north Kashmir’s Karnah claimed to have arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 5 kg brown sugar from their possession.
A police officer told, that on a specific input two persons identified as Jameel Ahmad Geji son of Hakeem Din Gegi of Forward Jandi and Fareed Ahmad Shiekh son of Abdul Rehman Shiekh of Hajitra were arrested with 5 kg of brown sugar.
The officer said in this regard a case FIR number 100/2021 U/S/8/21 NDPS act has been registered and further investigation has been taken up.(Kashmir Despatch)
