KUPWARA, DECEMBER 17 : District Administration Kupwara today organized two separate training programmes for accounts knowing officials of various departments including finance department at Town Hall Kupwara and SDM office Tangdhar to give necessary technical knowhow to them for smooth and fair conduct of Counting of DDC votes , being held on December 22,as per the guidelines of Election Commission.
The Supervisors, Counting Assistants and Micro Observers also participated in the training programmes ,besides, Returning and Assistant Returning Officers of the respective DDC constituencies.
At Kupwara, the training session was presided over by Nodal Officer Trainings, Chief Education Officer, Abdul Hameed Fani , while as at Tangdhar, the Training Programme was presided over by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karnah, Dr.Bilal Mohi-u-din Bhat.
Both the officers gave detailed instructions to the counting staff and other concerned and asked them to do their assignments freely and fairly according to the norms of Election Commission.
On the occasion, the Master Trainers, Bashir Ahmad , GM Dar, Mudasir Ahmad,Farooq Ahmad, and Saqib Geelani gave necessary know how about the counting to the participants.
