Kupwara Police Holds Integrity Pledge Ceremony Across All Units

Kupwara, August 5, 2025 –
In a determined effort to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical governance, Kupwara Police observed an Integrity Pledge Ceremony today across all its establishments, including the District Police Headquarters, District Police Lines, Police Stations, and Police Posts.

The event was conducted as part of Vigilance Awareness Week, reaffirming the Jammu & Kashmir Police’s commitment to integrity and the fight against corruption in public service.

Distt SSP Gh Jeelani Wani Sir administered the oath to Police personnels at Parade Ground DPL Kupwara, DySP HQR Mr Mohd Rafee administrated the oath at DPO Kupwara, collectively reinforcing their dedication to ethical behavior in both professional duties and personal life.

In Sogam DySP PC Lolab Javaid administrated the oath for corruption free society.
During the ceremony, Police Officials underscored the importance of maintaining a corruption-free environment and earning public trust through honest, responsible policing. They highlighted that integrity is the foundation of effective law enforcement and good governance.

The initiative aligns with the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), which urges all public institutions to foster a strong culture of integrity and vigilance.
