Says both families should be given their right to perform the last rites of their loved ones
Srinagar, Nov16: People’s Conference senior leader Imran Raza Ansari on Tuesday said that only an independent probe can unveil the truth behind Hyderpora killings.
Taking to microblogging site Twitter, Ansari said that questions are being raised by the families of the two deceased civilians and the answer can be provided only through independent probe.
He also said that it is the right of the families to perform the last rites of their loved ones and it shouldn’t be denied.
“Distressed families of Hyderpora incident need clear answers. Police version of the events is questioned by the families of the deceased. Only an independent probe can unveil truth. More so, conducting last rites is a religious obligation for every Muslim – why was that denied “?he tweeted.
