KUPWARA, MAY 07: District Administration Kupwara today organized an impressive function here today to bid farewell to Mr. Imam Din outgoing Deputy Commissioner, who has been transferred as Director Rural Development department Kashmir.The function was attended by Vice Chairman DDC, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir; SSP Kupwara, Yogal Manhas; Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir; ADC Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat; JD Planning, Abdul Majeed; DDC Member, Rajwar Suliman Mir; SDM Lolab, ACR, officers from district administration, police and army, besides, DIO Kupwara, Media Fraternity and staff of D.C. Office Complex. The Vice Chairman, SSP Kupwara, ADCs and officers, on the occasion while bidding farewell to the outgoing Deputy Commissioner shared their experience of working with him and termed him as people friendly, honest, dedicated and God fearing personality. Imam Din in his address thanked the officers of the administration and staff for their support in executing the public business smoothly during his tenure. He also hoped and advised the officers, staff to work with same dedication for the people of the district. He quoted the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and advised all to work for the cause of humanity as it is the soul of life to help each other.
