KUPWARA, JULY 5: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress achieved under Targeted Financial Inclusion Intervention Programme (TFIIP) in the district.
It was informed in the meeting that TFIIP is an ambitious programme of NITI AYOG in which beneficiaries of various departments including Labour, Social Welfare, Rural Development and NRLM have to be registered under Pensionary and Insurance schemes of the government.
On the occasion, it was given out in the meeting that line departments have to identify their left out beneficiaries and cover them under pensionary and insurance schemes of the government including PMSBY, PMJJBY and APY.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure cent percent coverage of the beneficiaries under the schemes for timely delivery of benefits. He further directed them to ensure that Covid vaccination certificate is produced by the beneficiaries before their registration.
Among others, JD Planning, Assistant Commissioner Panchayats, DPO, Lead District Manager Kupwara and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
