KUPWARA, FEBRUARY 15: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat who is also the Adjudicating Officer today imposed a fine of Rs.35,000 on 7 erring shopkeepers under Food Safety and Standards Act,2006. The erring shopkeepers have been asked to avoid selling substandard items and warned about strict action including seizure of their shops in case they are found guilty.
